Description

The U.S. Government, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: Tuscaloosa



City: Alabama



Delineated Area: Tuscaloosa National Airport



Minimum Contigous SF: 2,500



Maximum Contigous SF: 4,300



Space Type: Hanagar



Full Term: 5 years



Firm Term: 1 year



Offered space must meet Government requiremetns for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A partially-serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in a 100 year flood plain.
