Description

The requirement is for FHL. Installations include FHL in Jolon, California, and Parks Reserve Forces Training Area (PRFTA) in Dublin, California. We are SEEKING SOURCES. These UESC will furnish and install Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESSs) as Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) at FHL in coordination with existing 3MW PV Systems, the Network Enterprise Communication Facility Bldg. 197, the Water Wells off Jolon Rd., and at PRFTA in coordination with the existing 2MW PV Systems. Three of these systems have been registered and determined eligible for the Self Generation Incentive Program (SGIP).
