This is a FULL and OPEN requirement. This is Pre-solicitation synopsis. This requirement was previously posted under W58RGZ-22-B-0045.
The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets:
NOMENCLATURE: Hook, Cargo
Input/Output NSN: 4030-01-281-5317
Input/Output Part Number: 145E5505-12
ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 40 – Maximum 240 each
Maximum OF 240 each includes quantity of 200 US and a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 40 each
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332510 and the size standard is 750 employees.
The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. The Hook, Cargo is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI). No DMWR has been identified for this requirement. Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size, UEI and socio economic status as applicable.

Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not post prior to the closing date stated above.
