Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation to pick up soiled shop towels and return clean shop towels to inventory points on the Anniston Army Depot where an inventory of towels is maintained for distribution by Depot personnel. The Contractor shall pickup soiled towels on a predetermined basis, clean them to the cleanliness standards of this Statement of Work (SOW) and return them to designated locations to ensure an adequate supply.

A new towel meeting the requirements of 2.1.1 of this SOW shall be used to replace lost/unaccounted for, torn, ripped, and ragged towels with new towels at each service location weekly. Replacement towels are not to be provided in lieu of cleaned towels in an amount exceeding 10% of towels cleaned without authorization from the Contracting Officer. All of this in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
