The purpose of this RFQ amendment is to update the clause(s) regarding the Nonmanufacturer Rule. The Nonmanufacturer Rule clause(s) (see pages 19-21, and 25 of original RFQ) DOES NOT require signature or completion by an offeror. Reason: The Nonmanufacturer Rule is not applicable to Small Business Set-Asides when the solicitation is expected to be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). Reference 13 CFR § 121.406.
