Description

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Genesys PureConnect License maintenance and support renewal for the Air Force Field Assistance Service (FAS) premis-based Genesys PureConnect Prm (CIC) phone system. Period of Performance is one year base period 1 Aug 2023 – 31 July 2024. The evaluation of your quote will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures.
