Description

The contract requires the contractor to provide all personnel, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide scientific and technical and IM/IT services to the Mobile District requirements. Duties include, but are not limited to:



(1) Electronic Document Development.



(2) Scan and convert documents to an electronic format, and maintain a file database.



(3) Utilize MicroStation or AutoCADD to edit drawings and create raster-to-vector images and vice versa.



(4) Systems Development and Software Maintenance.



(5) Provide support for the corporate and local automated information systems (AIS).



(6) Provide systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, programming, testing, documenting, and implementing very complex applications (including web applications) that require a thorough knowledge of administrative, business, and related IT systems concepts.



(7) Direct and participate in all phases of software development, and provide user support.



(8) Visual Information/Multimedia Specialist, providing support for Mobile District requirements to include planning the visual aspects of such materials as photographs, illustrations, diagrams, graphs, objects, 3D models, slides, and charts used in books, magazine, pamphlets, exhibits, live or video recordings, and other means of communication.



(9) Serve as a Mobile District Web Site Administrator responsible for ensuring all district web pages adhere to DoD web policies, as well as approving content for the Mobile District’s public internet site.



(10) Provide Passport photography services to the Mobile District Headquarters.



(11) Develop graphic user interfaces, specific 3D animation vignettes, Adobe Flash Programs, and provide maintenance support to the RSC web server.



(12) Project Data Integration and P2 Support, providing input of project schedules and accompanying resources into P2 and CEFMS to support approximately 20 Project Managers and 13 Program/Budget Analysts.



(13) Provide Corps of Engineers Manpower Requirements System (CEMRS) support.
