Description

  • Modify the current ESSS and adjacent USDC public display space to reconfigure and expand the ESSS;

  • Demolish, remove, and dispose of all waste materials;

  • Complete any necessary hazardous material abatement;

  • All flooring, doors, furniture and hardware to be protected;

  • Finish all surfaces to match current, including sanding, priming, painting, staining, molding, finishings as necessary;

  • Comply with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS)

  • Install necessary infrastructure to support anticipated security equipment;

  • Install automatic egress gating;

  • Tie all controls into ongoing Physical Access Control System (PACS);

  • All tools/waste are the contractor's responsibility, and the courthouse must be accessible and presentable during working hours (building dumpsters shall not be used for disposal).
