The General Services Administration is interested in leasing 3,806 rentable square feet (RSF) of Class A office space, fully serrviced in Dothan, AL. First floor contiguious space is preferred. Rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,310 ANSI BOMA office area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalance of modern design and /or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks shall be well maintained. The offered location will need to have public transportation within two blocks of the building.
