PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for mobile and static storage for brand-name, Spacesaver, to authorized regional reseller Patterson and Pope, Inc. to add on to existing Spacesaver brand storage. Only this suggested source can furnish the requirement because the Training Division (TD) requires storage units that will fit seamlessly with other Spacesaver units already in-use at the Ballistics Research Facility (BRF) on Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Spacesaver distributes its products through a network of Area Contractors. Each Spacesaver Area Contractor under obligation and contract is required to sell, service, and install Spacesaver High Density Mobile Storage Systems, compact shelving, and storage products in their given Primary Area of Responsibility. Patterson Pope, Inc. has sole authority of these responsibilities in the state of Alabama.
