Description



    1. All questions should be emailed to derrell.calhoun@va.gov by November 10, 2023, by 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). All responses to questions shall be incorporated into a written amendment posted to the solicitation. The quoter is encouraged to monitor the solicitations for any amendments. There will be one Site Visit, no individually visits.

    2. Site Visit will be October 27rd 2023 @ 9:00am at 3701 Loop Rd. E, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35404, POC for site visit only is Tracey Clements tracy.clements2@va.gov - 205 554-2000 ext 2319

    3. Quotes shall be received by November 15, 2023, by 12:00 PM ET. Email your quote to derrell.calhoun@va.gov. The subject line must have the solicitation the quotation is responding to listed. There will be no automated email notification of the receipt of quotations. All quotations received without the requested documentation will not be considered. All Quotes & and pertinent documents shall be combined into a single PDF file.
