The Maxwell AFB Small Business Office invites small businesses in construction engineering and management, paving and painting to participate in the Maxwell AFB Small Business Construction Network Event to be held in the 42nd Contracting Squadron, Bldg 804, on Thursday, 30 March 2023, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, AL. The purpose of the event is for small businesses to highlight their capabilities and allow contracting officers, buyers, and technical personnel, the opportunity to visit with small business vendors in a focused environment. This is an opportunity for your small business to exhibit your capabilities to meet the mission of Maxwell AFB for Construction, Repair, and Alteration of Structures/Facilities. Application packages must be received in 42CONS/CCB by 13 March 2023. Exhibition space is limited, and only small businesses registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) will be permitted to exhibit. Approximately twenty-five (25) exhibition tables will be available.

ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY FOR EXHIBITS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

Exhibition will be by selection only. You will be notified of your selection or non-selection by 16 Mar 2023. Participant selection decisions are at the sole discretion of the Small Business Office and are final.
