A description of the supplies or services required to meet the agency’s needs.



The requirement is to provide preventative maintenance and renew software service agreement at an estimated cost of:



TExU utilizes the X3000, if the X3000 isn’t properly maintained the machine can leak, create carbon buildup from internal sparks, and errors in the CT volumes.



North Star Imaging (NSI) is to provide a 12-month preventive maintenance service contract for the NSI x3000 X-ray system and unlimited NSI CT & DR software updates within the 12-month contract period.



North Star Imaging is the manufacture of the NSI x 3000 X-ray system, the NSI Computed Tomography (CT) and Digital Radiography (DR) Software. Annual preventive maintenance and software updates shall be provided by the manufacturer North Star Imaging (NSI), as their software is proprietary. System calibration is essential for NSI’s proprietary software to function properly. TExU uses NSI’s proprietary software.
