REQUEST FOR INFORMATION



Anniston Army Depot (ANAD)



CONTAINERS





THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY to identify sources interested in procuring drums from ANAD that were primarily used to store petroleum, oils, and lubricants, (POL) or cleaning chemicals. Most of the containers are 55-gallon polyethylene and steel drums, but sizes range from five to 55 gallons. There will be a greater number of steel drums and a mixture of open and closed heads.



All POL drums are Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) empty; and chemical drums are triple rinsed. Drums will be United Nations (UN) rated and most are suitable for liquids or solids.





This would be a requirement for a regularly scheduled pick-up of containers at ANAD.
