The Army Contracting Command - Redstone (ACC-RSA), on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO), Combat Support & Combat Service Support (CS & CSS); Product Director, Test, Measurement & Diagnostic Equipment (PD TMDE), Redstone Arsenal AL; as part of the Test Equipment Modernization (TEMOD) Program; is currently seeking sources for a new Counter, Electronic: AN/USM-459B Replacement, and/or to verify if industry has, or intends to have in the near future, a single, commercial-off-the-shelf instrument that can replace the AN/USM-459B Electronic Counter.

The replacement Electronic Counter shall be lightweight, handheld, and meet and/or exceed the baseline functions and parameters as detailed in the draft Purchase Description TEMOD-23-03 “Purchase Description for the Counter, Electronic: AN/USM459B Replacement.” Specifications: See draft Purchase Description TEMOD-23-03 “Purchase Description for the Counter, Electronic: AN/USM-459B Replacement.” for further information. Planned Acquisition: The solicitation announcement and release will include all pertinent information for interested sources to submit their best offers. Bid samples will be required. This procurement will result in a firm fixed price, multiple year, indefinite delivery - indefinite quantity contract.
