Description

The U. S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Crashworthy Side-Facing Multi-Function Operator Seats (SFMFOS) Part Number MBCS13850AB01, National Stock Number (NSN) 1680-1573-6384, quantity of 120 each and Retrofit Modification Kits, for fielded aircraft, Part Number MOD-CS092, quantity of 50 each, for the H-60M Black Hawk helicopter.



This requirement is sole sourced to Martin-Baker America, Inc., (Cage Code: 1Q842) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. The period of performance is 19 months. There will be no solicitation issued in beta.sam.gov. This notice is not a request for proposals.
