The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL is requesting information from industry to assist in finalizing the acquisition strategy for the purchase of network cabling for re-wiring in Room 260 of Building 889 on Gunter AFB to support three networks at 15 designated network drops. These networks consist of one classified network and two unclassified networks. Existing network cabling shall be removed and replaced with new ethernet and/or fiber cabling supporting the three separate networks. All feedback and information received may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government is seeking information from industry to assist in determining what types of products and capabilities are available in the market for this type of requirement outlined in the attached DRAFT SOR.
