PRON: D13T0007D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) One Timem Buy (OTB) contract a quantity of 8 CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY, NSN: 5998-01-4763147, Part Number: 64221, in support of the M-TD weapon system. Funds will be obligated at time of contract award.

This requirement is a sole sourced procurement to VIAVI SOLUTIONS LLC, Cage Code: 51190.

The AMC/ASMC code for this procurement is “3Z”. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only a limited number of responsible sources.
