THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The Systems Readiness Directorate has a sole source requirement for an ILSmart inventory locator subscription. This is a renewal of an existing subscription. Inventory Locator Service (ILS) provides a parts availability subscription-based service (ILSmart) through database access to approximately 5,500 suppliers of microcircuits, microelectronic, and components used on Army Aviation and Missile Systems including other DoD programs. ILSmart is an additional mitigation tool to support military life cycle production and sustainment needs and improve Supply Availability for obsolete and long-lead part numbers used on Army aviation and missiles systems. The tool also provides access to government and commercial databases to increase efficiency of finding alternate part numbers & alternate sources of supply within the same search, details of component procurement history & forecasts, technical characteristics, and fair market value pricing. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
