The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets:
NOMENCLATURE: Fan, Vaneaxial
INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 4140-01-311-6901
INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 41360-2
ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 each – Maximum 240 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 40 each)
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333413 and the size standard is 500 employees.
The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for FMS. The Fan, Vaneaxial is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your UEI, business size and socio economic status as applicable. Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required.
This announcement does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB). An IFB will be issued at a later date for this requirement. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requested. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this
announcement or Government use of any information provided. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date dependent upon the date of the release of the solicitation; however; the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis.
