The purpose of this amendment is to:




  1. Update the Performance of Work Statement to revise the frequency of maintenance for each fan listed.

  2. Update the Performance of Work Statement to include additional locations of fans.

  3. Update the Performance of Work Statement to include additional fan quantities.

  4. All changes have been made in red text, bolded, and highlighted.

  5. Extend the response due date to 30 August 2023 by 12:00pm CST.
