This Sources Sought is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Alabama Army National Guard and is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research.

The Alabama National Guard is requesting information pursuant of contractor's who can perform Case Management for the approximately 10,000 Soldiers in the Alabama Army National Guard (ALARNG). Please see the attached PWS and QASP for details.

Place of Performance: Birmingham, Huntsville and Mobile, Alabama.

Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be one (1) base year of 12 months and four (4) one year option periods.

The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541611 – Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services 16.5 size standards in millions of dollars. The PSC is Q201 - MEDICAL- GENERAL HEALTH CARE. The Government is interested in only 8(a) Small Businesses. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that was accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.
