Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) training. Consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 37.104 guidance, the Government will not exercise relatively continuous supervision or control over Contractor or subcontractor personnel performing the services

herein. The Contractor is responsible for the performance and conduct of Contractor personnel. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.



AFROTC is a subordinate command of the Air University (AU) within the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) and is one of three primary commissioning sources for officers in the United States Air Force (USAF). This effort provides mandatory CPR and

AED training to AFROTC Detachment Commanders and their staff. The purpose of this training is to ensure AFROTC Cadre are prepared to render rapid response to physical distress of their cadets and ensure their safety.



Currently we are not seeking quotes at this time, but only looking for vendors who can meet our requirement. Please respond via email no later than 6/15/2023 2:00PM with Statement of Capabilities.
