Description

THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR A ONE TIME BUY, Firm-Fixed Price contract, a quantity of 45 each of a COMPRESSOR UNIT, REC; NSN: 4310-01-508-5885; Part Number: 11474218-2 applicable to the PATRIOT MISSILE weapon system.



THIS REQUIREMENT IS SOLE SOURCE TO TRANSDIGM INC. DBA AEROCONTROLEX, CAGE 81833. IAW 10 U.S.C. 2004(c)(1)FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). ONLY ONE RESPONSOBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION NEED NOT BE PROVIDED FOR.
