Description

The contractor shall provide the Government maintenance support for electric motors located at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL. Repair, rewind, test and replace motors. Contractor shall provide but is not limited to the following services on all motors unless otherwide noted. 1) Shaft balance and runout shall meet OEM specifications. 2) Phase balance shall meet OEM specification (3 phase electric motors). 3) Windings shall be tested to ensure no grounds (earth faults), short circuits, open circuits, incorrect connections, or high resistance connections. 4) Windings shall be tested to ensure no grounds (earth faults), short circuits, open circuits, incorrect connections, or high resistance connections. This will be for a base year with four one-year options.
