Description

This statement of work includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Water Management Program Operations, Validation Testing, Continuous Water Monitoring, and Web- based Data Management at the Tuscaloosa Veteran Affair Medical Center.



Water Management Program (WMP) Services – Annual




  • WMP Audit: The contractor shall review the existing WMP to determine if any gaps exist and provide recommendations to revise for a defensible WMP.

  • Safety WMP Operations Service: The contractor shall assist the Water Safety Committee in the operation of the approved Safety WMP to include updating, verification, and validation of the WMP.

  • Equipment Service: The contractor shall provide monthly on-site service and a continuous cellular data connection for the following Phigenics equipment in accordance with the Specifications.

    • Phigenics WME-1625 Potable Water Analytics (PWA) PWA Advanced Supplemental Disinfection System 2.0

    • Phigenics WME-1525 PWA Base Supplemental Disinfection System 2.0

    • Phigenics WME-1175 PWA Advanced Monitoring System 2.0

    • Phigenics WME-1085 Base Monitoring System with Automated Flushing 2.0

    • Phigenics WME-1080 PWA Dual Base Monitoring System 2.0

    • Phigenics WME-1075 PWA Base Monitoring System 2.0

    • Phigenics WME-1899 Sterile Processing Water Analytics (SPWA) Monitoring System







Validation Testing



The contractor shall provide validation testing in accordance with the Specifications to include the following:




  • Legionella

  • Total Bacteria (for cooling towers and other systems)

  • Sterile Processing Services (SPS)

  • Dental

  • Other Waterborne Pathogens



Web-based Data Management System



The contractor shall provide a web-based data management in accordance with the Specifications to collect, analyze, and store data. It will store WMP documents, verification activities, corrective actions, and validation test results in addition to data recorded from PWA systems.
