GENERAL INFORMATION
The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL requires the procurement for Military and Family Readiness Services on behalf of the 42d Force Support Squadron (FSS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number for this procurement is F2X3B33025AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions (see Attachment 1) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06 effective 6 Nov 2023, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change 09/29/2023 and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular (DAFAC) 2023-0707.
A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: 541612; Size Standard: $29M

2. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET- ASIDE.
NATURE OF ACQUISITON
This requirement is to provide Military and Family Readiness Services (M&FRS) dedicated to providing a broad range of support to active duty, guard, reserve, Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees, Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Employees, contractors, retirees and eligible family members. Manage Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) to include Personal and Work Life, Financial Readiness, Employment Assistance, Deployment Support and volunteer resources.
