Production Lead Time (PLT) with Contractor Tested First Article is, 1 EACH 608 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First article Testing is 9 EACH 285 DACA, with deliveries to FORT BLISS, TX, 79916-5801.

Manufacture of this part requires special test and/or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra precision quality for its function or system integrity. Substantiation and inspection of the precision or quality cannot be accomplished without such specialized test or inspection facilities. Only the source(s) indicated on this certification has access to these facilities/equipment and the Government cannot provide access to any other source. No other part can be substituted for this item. There are no current efforts to remove the requirement for special test and/or inspection facilities for this part.
