The 42nd Contracting Squadron is requesting information from industry to support finalization of acquisition strategy for the procurement of conference space, AV equipment setup, and technical support for the Eaker Center for Professional Development's Pre-Command Team training in Montgomery, AL. The event will take place across 2 training periods encompassing 18 days (non-consecutive) for 150 attendees simultaneously. The Government is seeking information regarding market capabilities to meet the requirements outlined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The contractor-provided facility must be within 5 statute miles of Maxwell, AFB in Montgomery, AL.
The Contractor must supply all AV equipment required for course performance to include microphones, polycoms, and cables to allow for the connection of government laptops to conduct slideshow presentations. Sufficent power sources must be available for students to charge their laptops. The Contractor must additionally provide standby technicians to handle and course technical issues such as loss of network connectivity and audio balancing. The facility must have active phone lines and provide access to conference telephones.
