Description

The U.S. Army CORPS of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting for B1455 Maintenance Hangar located at Maxwell AFB, AL. As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:



Air Cooled Chiller (2x) – (Trane CGAm 40T-XE)- mandatory standardization of HV AC chiller systems to a single manufacturer at the installation level



Fire Alarm/Mass Notification System Control Panel – (Monaco / MAAP-X)- to base the design around products that meet the needs of the project based on the standard of quality required and the make and model used as basis of design.



Elevator – (Thyssenkrupp endura MRL)- to base the design around products that meet the needs of the project based on the standard of quality required and the make and model used as basis of design.



Storefront System – (IR501UT by Kawneer Company, Inc)- to base the design around products that meet the needs of the project based on the standard of quality required and the make and model used as basis of design.



All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on 26December 2022 to katrina.b.grimes.mil@army.mil.
