DESCRIPTION: This is a sources sought. This requirement is sole source to Boeing. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility competitive acquisition and to identify potential sources. The Contractor, as an independent Contractor, and not as an agent or employee of the Government, shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following:
