Description



The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL, is seeking sources that can provide the requested two (2) 5-ton spot coolers to support the mission at Maxwell AFB, AL. All feedback and information received may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. A solicitation does not exist for this requirement. This is only a sources sought synopsis, so please do not submit quotations. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought.



The contractor shall provide:



2 ea. portable 5-ton spot coolers.



Include any freight costs in the first month's price then the individual monthly rental cost for each additional month



Units shall be 208/230v.



Units shall include 10' pigtail. 3.5 Units shall include ceiling kit for exhaust duct.
