Description

This is a request for information only, reply only if you are able to provide a mail sorter with below specifications and maintenance. If there is a more appropriate NAICS, please let us know.



2.0 DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS. The following items are required for performance under this contract:



2.1 Mail Sorter Machine Requirements



2.1.1 A sorter that can sort flats/mixed mail



2.1.2 That can sort/collate papers of different sizes, materials and shapes, as well as already-folded paper



2.1.3 An intuitive graphical and touch-screen user interface that allows the same system to process letter and flat sorters for simpler operator transitions



2.1.4 Process a wide range of mail up to 8,000 pieces or more an hour



2.1.5 Multiply trays capable of accommodating paper sizes up to 9.5 x 12 inches



2.1.6 It should have a capability to perform various folding types, including half fold, tri-fold and others if applicable.



2.1.7 Automatically seal, weigh, measure, and stack mail



2.1.8 Batch processing speed of at least 300 letters per minute Additional Mail Sorting Machine Requirements



2.1.9 Annual maintenance contract for five years



2.1.10 Annual product support and repair for five years



2.1.11 Require standard 120 Volt/15 Amp outlet 3.0



DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:



3.1 Mail sorting machine will be on the first floor in the Distribution Center.



3.2 Delivery Location: Community College of the Air Force: 100 S. Turner Blvd, Maxwell AFB- Gunter Annex, 36114. Bldg 826, 1st floor.
