Description View Changes

Scope: Provide materials, labor, and equipment to perform geotechnical sampling and stamp sampling. Conduct geotechnical lab analysis and provide geotechnical report. Further details can be found in the Statement of Work attached.



Prior to providing a proposal, please join the pre-proposal meeting to discuss expectations and documentation that needs to be provided. Meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, April 05 at 11:00 - 11:30 AM CST. Pre-Proposal Meeting Access Information can be found in the attachments.







If able to provide services please submit a proposal, certificate of insurance, and complete the documents listed below.




  1. PD-9 -If using subcontractors, each subcontractor should complete the form as well

  4. ANL-209H





Addendum 1: The following revisions have been made to the Statement of Work




  1. Period of Performance has been deleted (page 1).

  2. Added 6 soil sample locations (page 3)
