Scope of Work : Provide the labor and material to fully secure structure at the above reference address. Work shall be done as identified in the attached photos, specification documents, general notes and or addition scope as describe by the Deputy Director. Disconnect and cap off all utility lines, such as sanitary sewer, water, and gas, in a manner satisfactory to the respective agency and the City of Mobile, Municipal Enforcement Department.  Contractor shall remove Two Large Trees in front yard, clear lots by removing all debris as designated in piles, scattered or otherwise on the sites. Submit before and after securing pictures to Municipal Enforcement Department, Invoice for payment and required close-out documents.
