SCHEDULE

Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting: Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 10:00 am at the International Trade Center, 250 North Water Street, 1st floor-Killian Room, Mobile, AL. 36602. Following the meeting, a site visit will be made for prospective bidders to observe the existing conditions of the work site. A man lift will be available to provide top side access to the roofs. Access to the site will require a TWIC card (please refer to Item SP-15). All bidders not possessing proper access credentials must contact the ASPA Project Manager at least 24 hours in advance to arrange an escort. No same day escorts will be provided. All escorted individuals are required to have a valid state or federal identification. All vehicles entering ASPA properties are required to have proof of vehicle registration and insurance.

Bid Opening: Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the International Trade Center, 250 North Water Street, 1st floor – Killian Room, Mobile, Alabama.
