CITY OF ALABASTER
SEWER TREATMENT PLANT OFFICE & SHOP RENOVATION AND ADDITION
The City of Alabaster will receive sealed Proposals from General Contractors for the City of Alabaster, Sewer Treatment Plant Office & Shop until 2:00 PM Local Time on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at the Alabaster City Hall, 1953 Municipal Way, Alabaster, Alabama 35007, after which time they will be opened and read aloud in the Conference Room.
The Project is a renovation of the existing office/lab building and a renovation and single-story addition to the existing shop building. The project location is 104 8th Avenue NW, Alabama 35007.
Bid Documents (Drawings and Project Manual) will be open to public examination after 12:00 PM Local Time on January 29, 2024, at the office of Poole and Company Architects, PC, 2 20
